Cancelling before launch

An order can be cancelled before the placement plan is delivered and is refunded in full. Once the plan has been delivered the setup charge is not refundable, because the planning work is done.

Cancelling a monthly package

Monthly packages can be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the month you have paid for. No annual contract, no cancellation fee. Placements already bought for that month cannot be recalled from the publishers, which is why notice takes effect at the month boundary.

What is not refundable

• The setup charge, once the placement plan has been delivered
• Media spend already committed to publishers for the current month
• New creative built from scratch, once concepts have been presented
• Third-party tools or licences bought in your name

If a placement underdelivers

Not a refund case. Where a placement cannot deliver the volume stated in the plan, we move the remaining budget to another placement in the same plan and say so in the next report. If nothing in the plan can deliver it, we refund the unused media budget.

How to request a change or a refund

1. Send the request through the contact form or reply to your order confirmation, quoting the order number.
2. Say which placement or which part of the plan it concerns.
3. We confirm in writing within one business day, and refunds go back by the original payment method.
