Delivery Policy

Nothing is shipped

This is an advertising service, so there is no physical delivery and no shipping charge. What is delivered is a plan, a set of creative files and a series of reports, all sent digitally.

When the work starts

Orders are confirmed within two business days with a placement plan for the package you chose. The plan states the start date, the placements, the sizes we need from you and the report schedule. Campaigns normally go live within a week of ordering when the creative already exists in the required sizes.

What we need from you

• The landing page URL, and confirmation that tracking may be added to it
• Existing creative, if any, in the highest resolution you have
• The offer and any claim you want made, with the basis for it
• A named person who can approve the plan and the creative
• Any sites you want included or excluded

Creative supplied by us

Adapting your creative to the required sizes is included. Building a new banner set from scratch is quoted separately and takes a few extra days; it is done before launch, never as a substitute for a late launch.

Delays outside our control

A publisher pausing its inventory, a landing page that is not reachable, or creative that does not pass the standards check will move the start date. We tell you as soon as we know, and the paid term starts when the campaign starts, not when the order was placed.
